Rapid Weight Loss - What Works Fast

So you want to lose weight and do so fast, as quickly as possible? You need to know what really works, and what doesn't to achieve rapid weight loss. There are a lot of unfounded theories, sensational ads and tremendous hype out there but to really train your body to automatically burn fat fast, you need to learn the facts of what are proven weight loss methods - not pie in the sky hype. First lets look at some commonly thought to be effective fat burning techniques and what they do or don't achieve...

Diets

Many people think that dieting is the way to go, yet they either don't lose weight or they hit a wall where they cannot lose anymore weight. Why is this? Simple, did you know that if you starve yourself your body will actually retain as much fat as possible? It's true. This is the body's natural defense mechanism against starving to death. While it's true that you shouldn't eat junk food all day, dieting often doesn't work, or gives you limited and temporary results.

Exercise

True that exercise can help you tone muscles and keep your circulation and cardiovascular system in good shape, it's not the key to rapid weight loss either. Exercise has been shown to be one of the least effective ways to permanently speed up your metabolism. And, as you'll soon learn, metabolism is the key to losing weight quickly.

Diet & Fat Burning Supplements

Not only can diet pills be dangerous, they can also speed up your heart rate and make you feel uncomfortable and over caffeinated. They can speed up your metabolism, but it tends to be only a temporary boost, as once your body starts to get used to the supplement, it stops affecting the metabolism as much. Similar to someone who rarely drinks coffee will feel more of a jolt of energy and hyperactivity then someone who regularly drinks coffee.

So what's the magic formula for rapid weight loss?

One word, Metabolism. Once you've properly sped up your metabolism, your body will instinctively know to burn fat quickly, all the time. The body will automatically burn fat, and keep burning fat day after day, even while you sleep!
