Help Me Lose Weight!

Many people have come to me, and said, "help me lose weight". To these people I say "Are you ready to make a change?". Making healthy lifestyle changes is an important part of weight loss. To safely lose weight I recommend going for one to two pounds per week. Slower weight loss tends to be more permanent. In this article we will discuss improving diet, exercise, and detoxifying our system.

Healthy Diet

For those who say to me "help me lose weight", I say eating healthier is the first step. Eating healthy, balanced meals is the first goal we must strive for. Pay attention to what you're eating to make sure it's not filled with additives. Include lots of fruits and vegetables into your diet. Stay away from too many sugars and sweets, and drink plenty of water.

Exercise

Exercise is the second key ingredient if you need help to lose weight. Aerobic exercise is something you should fit into your schedule a few times per week. Keep your heart rate up for 30 minutes - 3 times per week to start. Increase the length and intensity of your exercise, as you feel more comfortable and energized. Some light weight training and resistance exercises a couple times a week can be very beneficial also.

Detoxifying The System

Last but not least, detoxifying the system. The weight loss process cannot be performed to potential without first cleansing our system of impurities and harmful toxins. We are exposed to these toxins now more than ever. They are in the food we eat and air we breathe. Removing these toxins is essential to losing weight, and ultimately, healthy bodily function. Fiber supplements and body wraps can aide the body in breaking down these toxins and removing them from the body naturally.

These tactics we've discussed are sure-fire methods to lose weight and burn unwanted fat. If you follow my advice, you will no longer need help losing weight, because your body will be happier, healthier, lean and mean.
