Your diet is 4 times more important in terms of losing weight compared to exercise as it takes care of 80% of all weight loss. Exercise only takes care of 20% of weight loss. Changing your eating schedule is more than enough to allow you to improve your body. Research has shown that eating the traditional 3 meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner are not helping you to lose weight. They are actually inhibiting your ability to lose weight as you are overworking your body with these big meals. This slows down your body's rate of metabolism and does not allow you to burn as many calories as you could under different circumstances. Eating 5 smaller meals during the day will allow you your body to break down and digest food much better. This will keep your body's metabolism running at a high level. Since your body is functioning to its optimal level, you will be burning the most calories possible, day and night. This will allow you to lose the most weight and get in shape fast. Exercising is a great compliment to your new eating schedule. It is not enough to trigger weight loss on its own, but when combined with a great eating pattern, it will help you lose tons of weight.
