Quick Weight Loss Fix

If you're looking for a quick weight loss fix, I got a couple really good ideas on how you can go about this. Weight loss doesn't have to happen slowly, like 1 pound a week for a few weeks... followed by a plateau and perhaps weight gain. NOPE... NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Even if you're extremely busy, you still have 2 quick minutes to read this article and learn of a solution to your weight problem.

Quick Weight Loss Fix

1. Drink extra water to flush out 3-5 pounds of water BLOAT

You have to drink more water to lose water weight. It's a biological fact. Why? Because thousands of years ago, humans adapted to droughts by carrying extra water weight. This got them through the droughts still alive. Since this was a superior survival mechanism, the survivors passed this on to their offspring.

That was great then, but now it sucks for us since we have plenty of water available to us. The problem is, you're not drinking enough of it which then forces your body to react like there's?a drought... by storing the water on you. So to get rid of it, FOOL YOUR BODY into believing water is plentiful by drinking more.

Nothing more, nothing less.

2. Change your breakfast, change your day... and your body

To say breakfast is the most important meal would be an understatement. It's CRITICAL that you get an adequate breakfast that has plenty of protein in it. The protein fills you up so you snack less during the morning and afternoon and it also helps to restart and KICKSTART your metabolism early in the day.

I recommend lots of eggs and or real oatmeal with perhaps a scoop of protein powder in it. That's a real breakfast that gets results.
